Who needs Hummus when there’s such a delicacy?
- Soak the beans overnight.
- Set the EasyCook pot to COOKING and cook the beans until soft.
- Drain (but keep a cup with some of the liquids)
- Move to a bowl with garlic, raw tahini, a bit of oil, cumin, salt, lemon and cooking water, and blend everything together.
By the way, the EasyCook has a heat preservation function that starts automatically after the cooking process is over. To finish and turn off the function, press and hold the "Warm/Cancel" button. The cooker will display all the programs, and the heating process will be over.
