 Throat Soup with Chickpeas and Vegetables

With EasyCook
  • 1 Turkey throat, cut into chunks
  • 1 mug Chickpeas, soaked and lightly cooked
  • 1 Large onion, sliced
  • 3 Zucchinis, halved
  • ¼ Pumpkin, coarsely sliced
  • 3 Celery stalks and leaves, coarsely chopped
  • ½ pack Dill, chopped
  • 2 Carrots, sliced into 3 parts
  • 1 Small cauliflower, divided into flower
  • 6 Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Soup powder
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Yellow curry
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 3 tbsp Date honey
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar (Demerara)
Select the manual PRO setting on your EasyCook pot and set it on 160*c for 2½ hours. Fry the throats, onions and spices in oil. Add the vegetables and chickpeas, fill 1⅘L boiling water from the kettle, close the lid and cook until the program ends. Let it rest for 10 minutes and it’s ready! Make some couscous and enjoy.

By the way, the EasyCook has a heat preservation function that starts automatically after the cooking process is over. To finish and turn off the function, press and hold the "Warm/Cancel" button. The cooker will display all the programs, and the heating process will be over.
