 Spaghetti Bolognese

With EasyCook

  • Onion
  • Red Bell Pepper
  • Garlic
  • Basil
  • Ground beef
  • 1 peeled tomato
  • Crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

  • Set the EasyCook pot on 160*c,
  • Chop onion, garlic and bell pepper and fry with a little bit of olive oil.
  • Add the meat and tomatoes and reduce the heat to 100*c.
  • Add the tomato paste and crushed tomatoes,
  • Add seasoning: salt, cumin, paprika and half a cup of water.
  • Place the pasta on the steaming tray, close the pot and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add fresh basil.
  • Pour the pasta into the pot, stir and serve
  • The pot can be kept in a "heat preservation" mode in order to remain warm for a second portion.
