Set the EasyCook multi cooker on the PRO setting for 2 stages, set in advance:
Stage 1 - 160*c for 5 minutes (with an open lid)
Stage 2 - 140*c for 1½ hours. Press START to start the process.
Fry the onion in the pot until slightly translucent. Add the sweet potato and stir. Add the squash and cook everything for about 30 seconds. Add the dates, cauliflower and fry everything for a bit while stirring.
Add the fish and water, and stir. Add the seasoning and date honey and stir well.
Add the quaker and stir well, let it cook until the end of stage 1.
With stage 2 starting, close the lid and cook until the end of the stage.
Carefully open the lid, stir the stew, taste to adjust seasoning and serve.
By the way, the EasyCook has a heat preservation function that starts automatically after the cooking process is over. To finish and turn off the function, press and hold the "Warm/Cancel" button. The cooker will display all the programs, and the heating process will be over.
