Perfect meal for Sukkot!
- ½ kg Ground beef with lamb fat
- 1 Onion, chopped
- Minced garlic
- Parsley, Celery and Cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp Tamarind
- A bit of Pomegranate concentrate
- Hot paprika
- Salt, Pepper, Baharat
- Mix everything well for 5 minutes
1 tbsp of oil in the EasyCook pot. Add the meatballs and select the OIL FRY setting for 5 minutes. Open the lid and add quarters of quince and green apples, pour 2 cups of water over everything and stir. Add soup powder, salt, pepper, turmeric, cinnamon, hot paprika, pomegranate concentrate and tamarind and stir. Set the pot on the COOKING setting for 40 minutes.
The result is a beautiful, perfect, festive meal.
Garnish with pomegranate kernels.
