With EasyCook
  • 400g Very thin noodles
  • 1 Apple, thinly sliced for decoration on top
  • 3 Medium apples, finely diced
  • 2 cups Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Canola oil
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract OR 1 bag Vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 6 Whole eggs
  • 100g Walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup Cranberries or raisins
In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, canola oil, salt, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Add 5 eggs and mix.
Cook the noodles according to the manufacturer’s instructions and add into the bowl. Mix.
Add the apple cubes, walnuts and cranberries or raisins.
Grease the EasyCook pot well and pour the mixture inside, flattening it. If it’s too tall, you can divide it in 2 parts and bake each part separately for a shorter time. 
Place the sliced apple pieces on top and set the cooker to CAKE mode for 1 hour, or as needed.
On a tray, place some aluminium foil and parchment paper. Loosen the kugel from the sides of the pot with a knife and flip it onto the plate.  Lift the paper and return the kugel, upside down, into the pot. 
To bake the bottom, set the CAKE mode on 15-20 minutes.

By the way, the EasyCook has a heat preservation function that starts automatically after the cooking process is over. To finish and turn off the function, press and hold the "Warm/Cancel" button. The cooker will display all the programs, and the heating process will be over.
