 European-Style Goulash

With EasyCook
  • 2 kg Goulash beef, cubed
  • 4 Onions, sliced
  • 6 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 6 Medium carrots, grated
  • 1 Tomato, crushed
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 2 cm Ginger root, chopped 
  • 4 Bay leaves
  • 1L Water
  • 2 tbsp Flour mixed with cold water - mix until smooth
Set your EasyCook multi-cooker on the PRO setting on 130*c for 2½ hours.
Fry the onions with a bit of oil, add the carrots, ginger and spices. Keep cooking with an open pot until the vegetables shrink in size.Add the beef cubes and the rest of the ingredients except for the flour.
Bring to a boil and add the flour batter into the stew. 
Close the lid until the end of the cooking process and check every hour if more liquids need to be added.

By the way, the EasyCook has a heat preservation function that starts automatically after the cooking process is over. To finish and turn off the function, press and hold the "Warm/Cancel" button. The cooker will display all the programs, and the heating process will be over.
