Using the EasyCook multi-cooker
- 2 measuring cups Whole wheat flour
- 2 measuring cups White flour
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Dry yeast
- 1 tsp Baking improver
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Lukewarm water as needed to create soft dough
- ½ cup Coarse and thin bulgur, soaked in boiling water for 10min and drained
Mix all the ingredients to make the dough.
Add the bulgur to the dough and knead well.
Lightly grease the inner sides of the EasyCook pot with oil and place the dough ball inside.
Set a “Bread” setting on the first stage to rise, 35*c for 1hr.
On the second stage, bake on 155*c for 50min - 35 min until it browns, then flip and brown the other side for 15min. Chill and slice.
By the way, the *Easy Cook has a heat preservation function that starts automatically after the cooking process is over. To finish and turn off the function, press and hold the "Warm/Cancel" button. The cooker will display all the programs, and the heating process will be over.
