- 4 Medium tomatoes
- 2 Red onions
- 1 Chili pepper
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 1 can Tomatoes (mutti)
- 1 bundle Cilantro
- 1 pack Tomato paste (yachin)
For the sauce: Coarsely dice the tomatoes. Dice the onions, thinly slice the chili and garlic and coarsely chop the cilantro.
Making the meatballs: Add 500g ground beef with 2 tbsp Baharat, 1½ tsp cinnamon, 3 tsp pepper, salt to taste and olive oil.
Set the EasyCook pot to FRY for 15 minutes, and throw in the onions. Fry until soft.
Add the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and add garlic and chili.
Add the canned tomatoes and tomato paste and stir. Wait for the program to be done.
Set the pot to STEW for 30 minutes (you can stop the cooker at 18 minutes for a Medium cooking result)
Add 350ml hot water, add the cilantro and the meatballs.
In the last 10 minutes open the pot and let some of the sauce evaporate.
By the way, the EasyCook has a heat preservation function that starts automatically after the cooking process is over. To finish and turn off the function, press and hold the "Warm/Cancel" button. The cooker will display all the programs, and the heating process will be over.
