- 1 Zucchini, grated
- Artichoke bottoms
- Ground beef
- Parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp Oil
Select the PRO setting on the EasyCook pot on 160*c for 30 minutes, and set the 2nd stage on 130*c for 45 minutes.
Add the onion with 2 tbsp oil and fry well. Add the carrot and peas and fry for a couple of minutes. Add turmeric, pepper and salt, cover with 2 cups of hot water and close the lid.
In the meantime, in a separate bowl mix the beef with chopped parsley, zucchini, salt, pepper, cumin and turmeric.
Deep-fry the meatballs in a separate pan after rolling them in a beaten egg and breadcrumbs for 2 minutes on each side, until brown. Check the pot if the sauce is okay and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
Place the fried meatballs in the artichoke bottoms and submerge in the sauce. Pour sauce over the meatballs using a spoon. Cook until program is done.
By the way, the EasyCook has a heat preservation function that starts automatically after the cooking process is over. To finish and turn off the function, press and hold the "Warm/Cancel" button. The cooker will display all the programs, and the heating process will be over.
