A delicious, aromatic and healthy dish thanks to Aharonis seasoning, made with EasyCook
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 cup Round rice
- ½ Red onion, finely diced
- 1 Carrot, peeled and grated
- 1½ cup Light raisins
- 4 Dates, pitted and finely chopped
- Meat from 2 chicken thighs and 2 chicken legs
- Mix 2½ cups Water with ½ tsp salt, ½ tbsp Aharonis spice mix in a separate bowl
The dish is cooked in 2 stages:
Stage 1 - Set the cooker on PRO on 160*c for 8 minutes (In this stage the pot will be open)
Stage 2 - Set the cooker on PRO on 140*c for 30 minutes. Press START to begin the cooking process.
Add the oil and onion into the pot and fry until slightly translucent. Add the rice and fry together for a bit.
Add the carrots, dates and raisins and stir. Throw in the chicken pieces and stir well.
A minute before the 1st stage ends, add the seasoned water. Close the lid and wait for the 2nd stage to end. Carefully open the pot, stir lightly, taste to adjust seasoning if needed
By the way, the EasyCook has a heat preservation function that starts automatically after the cooking process is over. To finish and turn off the function, press and hold the "Warm/Cancel" button. The cooker will display all the programs, and the heating process will be over.
