- 2 tbsp Oil
- 300g Lamb, cubed
- 1 Onion, diced
- 3 bundles Cilantro, finely sliced
- 1 cup Round rice
- 3 cups Water
On the EasyCook FRY setting, fry the onion with oil until soft. Mix the meat in and add rice with cilantro. Add seasoning and water, I added cumin, ground parsley seeds, salt and pepper. Set the cooker to STEW and cook for 1½ hours.
*Note - instead of 3 Cilantro bundles, you can add 1 Parsley, 1 Cilantro and 1 Dill.
By the way, the EasyCook has a heat preservation function that starts automatically after the cooking process is over. To finish and turn off the function, press and hold the "Warm/Cancel" button. The cooker will display all the programs, and the heating process will be over.
